Delta - Elmer Haynes, 70, died Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 24, 2017, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roger Young, officiating. Visitation will be Friday, February 24, 2017 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Wife - Gloria Haynes, Delta, AL
Daughter - Laura Haynes (Joseph) Garrett, Anniston, AL
Son - Paul (Kim) Haynes, Pell City, AL
Grandchildren - Heather, Jason, LaRae, Will, Lindsey, Ashley, JoAnna, Zachary, Elijah, Gloria, Nate.
Mr. Haynes was a life long resident of Alabama. Elmer was owner and operator of Haynes Machine Co. for 32 years. Mr. Haynes was an avid gardener, he loved fishing, and Alabama football. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Haynes was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Ida Haynes, Sr.
