Obituary for Fred Albert Turner
Fred Albert Turner, 89 of Heflin, Alabama died on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at Cleburne Co. Nursing Home in Heflin, Alabama.
Born Wednesday, August 31, 1927 in Anniston, Alabama.
Surviving are brothers, James Turner of Anniston, AL and Jerry Turner of Fitzgerald, GA., Daughter-in-Law, Shirley Turner of Heflin, AL., Grandchildren, Megan Huckeba and Andy Kirkland of Heflin, Al.
A Graveside service will be at 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday at Union Grove Church of God located at 4144 US Hwy 41 Tifton, Georgia 31794.
Mr. Turner was a native of Calhoun County and a resident of Cleburne County since 1991. He was retired from J.P. Steven in Tifton Ga and was a member of Old Davistown Church of God. Fred was preceded in death by his wife Flora Mae Turner and two sons Allen and Paul Turner.
