Anniston - Thomas Edward Smith, 81, died Saturday, May 06, 2017 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Phillip Smith, and Rev. Eric Snider officiating. Burial will follow in White Plains Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, May 8, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be, Steven Lines, Shane Smith, Larry Frames, Joseph Turner, Blake Lemon, and Rodney Snider.
Mr. Smith was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He was retired from Edwards Tobacco Company. He was a loving husband, father and pawpaw. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Smith; parents, Bennie and Vera Smith; and brother, Bennie Smith Jr.
