Villa Rica - Jerry Ralph Smith, 67, died Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Tanner Medical Center Villa Rica.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 8, 2017, at River Rock Community Church. Visitation will be Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the church.
Survivors include:
Daughter - Allie Elizabeth Fulcher
Daughter - Amy Jean Smith
Daughter - Ashley Beck (Jason) McMichael
Grandchildren - Mara, Bebe, Elijah, Audrey, Genevieve, Maddie, and Bryce
Sister - Jean (Clarence) Nix
Brother - Joe Smith
Niece - Sommer Jo
Nephew - Kelly
Jerry was a 1968 graduate of Cleburne County High School where he played football and was awarded most athletic. He was also named Mr. Cleburne County High School. Jerry was a member of River Rock Community Church in Carrollton, Ga. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph "Poodle" and Bebe Smith. Mr. Smith was a retired construction superintendent for Nix Fowler Construction Co.
