Heflin - Betty Jean Thompson, 88, died Friday, November 24, 2017 at NHC Healthcare.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 27, 2017, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Micheal Burgess officiating. Burial will follow in Heflin City Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, November 27, 2017 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include:

Mrs. Thompson was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County and was a memeber of the First United Methodist Church of Heflin. She was preceded in death by her husband Hoyt O. Thompson Sr. and her son Hoyt O. Thompson Jr.
