Anniston - Felix Humphries, 84, died Sunday, March 4, 2018 at UAB Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Roland Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Anniston Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
Survivors include:
Wife - Launa Phillips Humphries
Son - Terry(Mary) Humphries
Daughter - Janna(Edward) Copeland
Daughter - Sharon(Terry) Morgan
Daughter - Lisa(Don) Thacker
Sister - Juanita(Tony) Haver
6- Grandchildren
8-Great Grandchildren
Pallbearers will be, Edward Copeland, Terry Morgan, Corey Humphries, Jamie Humphries, Mack Humphries, and Matt Thacker.
Mr. Humphries was native and resident of Calhoun County for most of his life, he was also a resident of Cleburne County for 15 years. Felix was retired from Liberty National Life Insurance Company after 32 years of service. Mr. Humphries was preceded in death by his parents, A.C. and Estelle Humphries; daughter, Cynthia Elaine Humphries; and two sisters.
