Heflin - Annie Carol Williamson, 73, died Sunday, February 11, 2018 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 16, 2018, at East Heflin Baptist Church with the Rev. George Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in New Harmony Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters - Sherrie (Xavier) Garcia of Heflin, AL, and Amanda LeAnn Williamson of Smyrna, GA, one son - Jonah Lee Howell of Heflin, three sisters - Joyce Dollahite of Heflin,
Exie Campbell Ewing of Whitesburg, GA and Joanie Bosch of Hopkinsville, KY, one brother - Ted Campbell also of Heflin. She had
two Grandchildren - Carmen Alyse Garcia and Amelia Gabrielle Walden, and three Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Family And Friends.
Carol was a native and life-long resident of Cleburne County. She was a member of East Heflin Baptist Church. Ms. Williamson retired as secretary of Pleasant Grove Elementary School where she served for over thirty years.
She was preceded in death by her husband - Obie Norman Williamson, and her parents - Allie Mae and Robert Lee Campbell.
