Marietta - Jewell AnnaMae Gilbert, 97, died Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Wellstar Paulding Nursing Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 05, 2018, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ken Ballard officiating. Burial will follow in Upper Cane Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, March 5, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Daughters - Ethel Mullis, Marietta, GA, and Alice Hooks, Fruithurst, AL
Grandchildren - Tommy, Jimmy, Jerry Hooks, David, Randall, and Jeffery Hooks, Danny Eubanks, Mark Mullis, Kristi Bond, Alan, Steve, Chuck, and Bruce Walker, and Alicia Ellis.
Numerous Great and Great Great Grandchildren
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Ms. Gilbert was a loving mother and grandmother. Jewell was a regular attender of Church of the Cross in Anniston AL. Jewell was preceded in death by two husbands, Andrew Walker and Pearson Gilbert, two sons, Tony and Robert Walker, and great grandson Lee Eubanks.
