James Robert Mullins, Jr., 88 of Heflin, Alabama died on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at his residence.

Born Monday, July 15, 1929 in Atlanta, Georgia, he was the son of the late James Mullins and the late Martha Loudermilk. He was the husband of Frances Mullins.

Surviving are sons, David James Mullins, Mark Odus Mullins and Daniel Mullins, brother, Charles Freeman Mullins, stepson, Wendell Mosley, 2 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
