Heflin - Donald Vance Ragsdale passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, July 4th 2018 at his residence in Randolph County Alabama.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lee Hollis officiating. Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery in Randolph County. Visitation will be Friday, July 6, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements

He is survived by his beloved wife Kathy Johnson Ragsdale of 42 years, his three beloved sons and their wives Jesse Ragsdale, Casey and Dawn Ragsdale, Adam and Tiffany Ragsdale. His three beloved Grandchildren Seth Ragsdale, Jessica Ragsdale, and Keith Ragsdale, His beloved siblings Liz Knight, Gail Maleckas and her husband John. His several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents Jesse Ragsdale and Doris Ragsdale and his sister Jane Watts
He was a loving husband, son, brother, Father, and Grandfather.
Mr. Ragsdale was a member of Corinth Baptist Church
He truly enjoyed the time he spent with his large family.
Donald will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
