Heflin - Funeral services for Robert C. Norton, 91 will be Tuesday, December 4, at Dryden Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Chris Jackson officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Happy Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Norton passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018, at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his son Robert Stanley Norton, wife Jeraldine, daughter Janice Norton, grandson, Robert Wayne Norton, Great-granddaughter Audrey Norton, all of Heflin. Pallbearers will be Audie Hyatt, Clint Austin, Jerry Vice, Chad Austin, Brandon Benefield and Phil Blanton. Mr. Norton is preceded in death by his wife Irmalene Crowe Norton, grandson John Michael Norton, parents Hamp and Bert Norton, brothers Garnett, Lewis, Roy, James and Fred Allen, sisters Mildred Tolleson, Myrtle Warren and Jane Shockley. He was a loving Daddy, Grandpa, and Pop and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a oldest member and Deacon of Happy Hill Baptist Church.

Mr. Norton retired from Anniston Army Depot as Chief, Boiler Plant Operator with over 37 years of service.
