Tupelo - Lelas Henry Carden, 86, died Sunday, March 24, 2019 at His Residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Phillip Waits officiating. Burial will follow in Eastaboga Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 27, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Daughter - Rita(Mark) Brewer, Oxford, MS
Daughter - Cathy(Kenneth) Johnson, Tupelo, MS
Grandchildren - Waymon Robbins, Shannon Waits, Kimberly Robbins, Brandon Waits, & Keri Cosher
Great Grandchildren - 8
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Lelas was a native of Talladega County and resident of Cleburne County most of his life. Lelas was a member of Heflin Church of God.
Lelas was preceded in death by his parents, Henry "Ace" and Ethel Mae Carden, brothers, Eddie Lee and Bobby Gene Carden, and wife Marie Willingham Carden.
