Heflin - Charles Wayne Skinner, 76, died Monday, April 24, 2017 at UAB Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Owens and Rev. Marc Curlee officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Brother-in-law - Bill Bailey, Heflin, AL
Grandson - Jay (Crystal) Skinner, Anniston, AL
Grandson - Kaleb (Karah) Skinner, Muscadine, AL
Great Grandchildren - Seth, Addison, Aaron, Dusty, Maddison, Alexis, Joshua Skinner.
Pallbearers will be: Jay Skinner, Kaleb Skinner, Terry Johnson, Tommy Edwards, Skipper Bailey, Donnie Lipscomb, Bill Prestridge, and Tommy Payne.
Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons of Pine Grove Church, Mark Dryden and employees of Dryden Funeral Home.
Wayne was lifelong resident of Cleburne County. Mr. Skinner was a member and deacon of Pine Grove Baptist Church, member of the Cleburne County Board of Education for 19 years, a former employee of Moore Business Forms and retired employee of Dryden Funeral Home with 41 years of service. He also was a member of Caldwell Masonic Lodge #502. Wayne was preceded in death by a son, Lloyd Dewayne Skinner, parents, Lloyd & Luvada Skinner, a brother Ralph Skinner, and two sisters, Mary Ola Fordham and Linda Bailey.
