Heflin - Betty Paige Thomas, 69, died Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Tanner Medical Center/East Alabama.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 PM on Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Morrison's Chapel. Burial will follow in Morrison's Chapel Cemetery. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Son - Peter Thomas
Son - Robert Bailey
Grandchildren - 12
Betty was a hell of a woman. She raised 5 grandchildren and was the favorite grandmother of all 12 grandchildren. Betty was the salt of the earth, had a heart of a fighter, and sweetest woman you ever wanted to meet. She picked up everybody she saw knocked down. The world is a darker place for not having her in it.
